About

Erika was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, where her career has always been rooted in creativity, fashion, and design. She began her career with an internship at Jeffrey, Atlanta and New York’s iconic luxury fashion boutique. Working alongside designers and fashion houses including 3.1 Phillip Lim and Jason Wu, she quickly realized her passion for fashion could become a career in the creative industry.

She later moved to New York City to intern in the fashion closet at ELLE magazine, where she created storyboards for Creative Director Joe Zee and assisted Fashion Editor Kate Lanphear on the magazine’s 25 Years of Beauty feature for the October 2010 issue.

After graduating from the University of Georgia, Erika joined an identity and branding company, helping businesses and individual clients develop, refine, and transform their visual identities. In addition to managing the company’s interior design projects, she became the lead stylist for AmericasMart fashion shows—further expanding her experience across fashion, interiors, and visual storytelling.

For the past 13 years, Erika has built a career in Costume Design for film and television, developing distinctive visual identities through wardrobe, styling, color, and texture. Her work has taken her from initial concept and research through sourcing, fittings, and final execution, collaborating closely with directors and creative teams to bring characters and stories to life. Throughout her career, she has personally shopped for and styled actors including Jennifer Aniston, Bradley Cooper, Rachel McAdams, Ben Affleck, and Samuel L. Jackson.

Across fashion, Costume Design and interiors, Erika’s work has always shared a common thread: an instinct for creating thoughtful, cohesive environments and visual identities that feel both distinctive and deeply considered.
